Inter Milan ‘closes in on’ €275m bailout deal with Oaktree Capital

Italian Serie A football club Inter Milan is close to agreeing a deal which will boost its financial predicament and hand a minority stake to US investment firm Oaktree Capital Group, according to multiple reports.

Inter, which this month won its first Serie A title in 11 years, has been in a delicate financial situation with its owners, Chinese retail giant Suning, seeking fresh investment.
