The deal marks the completion of 2006 FIFA World Cup agreements across Central and South America.
OTI, the most powerful television organisation in the region, represents a large number of Spanish language broadcasters from more than 20 nations, primarily in Central and South America.
The agreement between Infront and OTI covers 15 specific territories – Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Separate broadcast rights agreements have also been made by Infront in Central and South America with TV Globo and DirecTV.
After a recent series of deals, the broadcast coverage for 2006 is almost complete.
Infront has signed 176 deals covering 82 per cent of the territories in the world.
