FIVB expands Volleyball World Championships

The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced the expansion of its Volleyball World Championships from 24 to 32 national teams.

The change was approved by the FIVB Board of Administration at the weekend  when the 2022 Women’s World Championship, co-hosted by the Netherlands and Poland, concluded with Serbia defeating Brazil in the final.
