The Board of Control for Cricket in India has completed the bidding process for two new Indian Premier League franchises, announcing that private equity firm CVC Capital Partners and Indian multinational conglomerate RPSG Ventures Ltd will operate new entries in the cities of Ahmedabad and Lucknow, respectively.
