LaLiga, the governing body for the top two divisions of Spanish football, has agreed a deal in principle to sell a 10-per-cent share of a new holding company with a focus on commercial ventures to private equity firm CVC Capital Partners for €2.7bn ($3.2bn/£2.3bn).
