The presidents of the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) and the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) have stated a new national team tournament that encompasses both regions could be created after the two bodies successfully collaborated to organise this year’s Copa America Centenario.
