Media giant Comcast is thought to be considering a sale of the German arm of Sky, as the European pay-television broadcaster’s total customer relationships increased by 320,000 to 23 million in the third quarter of 2022.
Comcast is working with an adviser to explore the sale of Sky Deutschland, according to Bloomberg news agency. The sale could value the division at around €1bn ($995m), according to sources familiar with the matter.
