The Court of Arbitration for Sport and International Skating Union (ISU) have welcomed the decision made by Germany’s Federal Tribunal (GFT) in the case of Olympic speed skating champion Claudia Pechstein, with CAS stating the verdict reiterates its position as a “genuine arbitration tribunal”.
