FC Barcelona’s delegate members have given the embattled Spanish LaLiga football club the green light to seek to sell off a stake in its Barça Studios arm and set up a financing operation worth up to €1.5bn ($1.74bn) to pursue a revised approach to its Espai Barça infrastructure masterplan.
