The World Rally Championship (WRC) has unveiled a 2023 calendar featuring a new event concept taking place across three European countries, plus a return to North and South America for the first time since the Covid-19 outbreak.
While next season’s schedule, which has been signed off by the International Automobile Federation (FIA), remains at 13 rounds, there are a number of alterations in its make-up. Austria, Czech Republic and Germany will host the Central European Rally from October 26-29. The asphalt rally will be based out of the south-east German city of Passau.
