German media group RTL has agreed a deal with the ADAC GT Masters motor racing series, taking over domestic rights next year from sports broadcaster Sport1.

The ‘long-term’ deal is for exclusive rights beginning in 2021. All races will be shown live and in full on RTL’s free-to-air Nitro channel. The media group will also broadcast additional coverage on its news channel n-tv and on its online platforms.
