Madrid court wants ECJ to rule on Uefa, Fifa’s Super League stance

The European Court of Justice has been called upon to determine whether Fifa and Uefa, football’s world and European governing bodies, respectively, are in breach of European Union competition law by preventing clubs from pursuing the proposed European Super League.
