German automotive giant Volkswagen Group and its subsidiary Porsche are considering joining Formula 1 if the next engine rule changes endorse the use of sustainable fuels, according to a BBC report.
Porsche Motorsport vice-president Fritz Enzinger said it would be of great interest if aspects of sustainability including the implementation of e-fuels played a role.
