The long-awaited takeover of Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyonnais by American investor John Textor will be completed by December 19.
A statement from holding company OL Groupe said that "all consents that were necessary have been obtained, and related agreements signed, so that all conditions have been satisfied to complete the Transaction".
