OL Groupe, the holding company of Olympique Lyonnais, has given American investor John Textor a deadline of this Wednesday, December 7, to complete his takeover of the Ligue 1 club.
In a statement, OL Groupe said it had presented Textor and his holding company Eagle Football with the deadline “to find a final, unconditional and funded agreement with all parties”.
