Suzuki seeks MotoGP exit amid ‘big changes’ in automotive sector

Suzuki Motor Corporation has confirmed it is in talks with Dorna Sports, exclusive commercial rights-holder of MotoGP, with regard to an early end to its participation in the motorcycling championship.

Today’s (Thursday’s) announcement comes after Dorna Sports last week warned Suzuki against violating the terms of its commercial agreement by “unilaterally” exiting the series after reports suggested the team will dissolve later this year.
