Sky Italia acquires rights to Italian women’s volleyball league

Pay-television broadcaster Sky Italia has acquired rights to Lega Pallavolo Serie A1 Femminile, the top tier of women’s domestic club volleyball.

Under the deal, Sky will broadcast a live match from each round of the regular season – 26 in total – in prime time on Sunday evenings, plus some play-off matches and the whole finals series. Highlights will also be offered.
