Russia pushes for rugby influence as Yashenkov details Rugby Europe manifesto

Russia is campaigning for a greater say in World Rugby and its planned bid to host the 2027 Rugby World Cup could be strengthened after the vice-president of the Rugby Union of Russia, Kirill Yashenkov, revealed his manifesto to become president of Rugby Europe.
