Chinese streaming platform PP Sports is reported by Chinese media to have dropped rights for the Chinese Super League after failing to make rights fee payments. The reports have also raised question marks over the future of the deal between the CSL and sports marketing agency China Sports Media, who currently manage the domestic rights for the league, and have said that Tencent is among the media platforms considering taking on the rights - Beijing Youth Daily, SportsMoney.cn
