Kaliningrad confident it can make cut for 2018 World Cup

The Russian city of Kaliningrad has stated its confidence that it will make the cut for the country’s staging of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, despite being named by Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko as one of the locations under threat ahead of the finalisation of venues later this month.
