English RFU posts loss as schedule hits ticket income

The English Rugby Football Union (RFU) posted a loss of £1.1 million for the year ending June 30, down from a profit of £6.2 million the year before. The governing body blamed a fall in ticket income because of fewer international matches at Twickenham during the period.
