UK pay-TV broadcaster Sky Sports has announced that it will show the England men’s cricket team’s upcoming white-ball tour of Bangladesh, which starts tomorrow (Wednesday), although the England and Wales Cricket Board will also show the matches free of charge on its digital platforms.
Sky's deal was reported to have been close to completion earlier in the month, but was held up due to a difference over valuation of the rights with the Bangladesh Cricket Board. To bridge the gap, the ECB has agreed to contribute a rights fee, according to The Telegraph.
