Chinese Football Association president investigated as part of corruption probe

Chen Xuyuan, president of the Chinese Football Association, has been placed under investigation by Chinese authorities, as a probe into corruption within football in the country broadens.

China's General Administration of Sport said Chen was being investigated for "serious violations of discipline and the law".
