Canada’s Bell Media continues to break viewing records at World Cup

Canada’s second match of the 2022 Fifa World Cup last Sunday was the most-watched Fifa World Cup group-stage match ever in the country.

The loss to Belgium averaged an audience of 4.4 million viewers on Bell Media-owned networks CTV, TSN and RDS. The audience peaked at 5.4 million viewers, according to audience research company Numeris.
