The Board of Control for Cricket in India, the sport’s governing body in the country, is likely to release its invitation to tender for broadcast rights to the Indian Premier League between February 10 and 12, according to local reports.
As happened for the last cycle, the BCCI will hold an e-auction, reportedly around the end of March. Consulting firm KPMG has been advising the BCCI on its sale of rights and will assist in the e-auction.
