The IOC’s Evaluation Commission Report praised three very high quality bids for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, although Salzburg, Austria must seek to make up some ground on Sochi and PyeongChang. Despite having an ‘excellent concept’ the Commission raised concerns over a shortage of detail in its bid.
