Japan Sports Agency has released a seminar video to introduce Japan’s sport industry and related political measures on its YouTube channel.
The lecturer, Hidekazu Yoshikura, Director of Sports Industry Office, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) introduces case studies in the Japanese sports industry.
The main topics of the lecture are:
- Overview of Sport Industry in Japan
- Sport Industry Policy at METI
- Toward the Future of the Japanese Sport Industry
The seminar was arranged to better understand the Japanese sport industry in conjunction with “Sports Industry Online Business Meeting 2023”, the online business matching event hosted by the Japan Sports Agency on 7-9 Feb 2023, to connect the corporates in Japanese sport industry with ASEAN and Oceania sports related companies and organizations.
Japan Sports Agency is promoting the international expansion of the Japanese sport industry, and plans to carry out various initiatives to build a network connecting the world and Japan.
