Leading Portuguese clubs’ offices searched in corruption probe

The offices of leading Portuguese clubs Benfica, Porto and Sporting were raided yesterday (Wednesday) by prosecutors and tax authorities investigating more than €58m ($67.7m) in illegal payments relating to transfer deals.
