Seat signs radio sponsorship

Motor firm Seat UK has signed a six-figure sponsorship deal with national commercial radio station talkSPORT.

The deal will see Seat present an award to honour the ‘sports performance of the month’ – voted on by listeners.
As well as presenting the awards, talkSPORT will create and broadcast over the Christmas period a Seat-sponsored hour-long show that reviews the sporting performances and achievements of the year.
Said Richard Higbid, media manager at Seat's media agency MediaCom: "Rather than simply badging existing programming, this bespoke programming strand helps to reinforce Seat's brand values of performance and competition as well as generating a more intimate relationship with their target audience across the web, SMS and of course the air waves."
