The International Rugby Board, owner of Rugby World Cup, announced the structure of the Board that will oversee the delivery of all Rugby World Cup tournaments over the next four years. This includes Rugby World Cup Sevens 2009, Women’s Rugby World Cup 2010 and Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand.
