The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), the commercial rights-owner of the London Stadium and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, has reached an out-of-court settlement with legal firm Allen & Overy.

The LLDC initiated proceedings against the firm two years ago for alleged professional negligence. The claim, which saw the corporation sue for a reported £12m ($14.7m/€14.2m), related to Allen & Overy’s involvement in the LLDC’s deal with English Premier League club West Ham United for the use of the London Stadium.
