RCS Sport has received expressions of interest from several parties for the international rights package which includes Italy’s Grand Tour, Giro d’Italia, which celebrates its centenary next year, as well as Giro di Lombardia, Tirreno-Adriatico, Milano-San Remo and the new one day race, Montepaschi Eroica. Together, these represent around a third of the international professional road cycling calendar. RCS aims to receive all offers by mid April.
RCS Sport said it is committed to finding the best combination of rights values and global exposure to accelerate the growth and development of Italian cycling.
