FL INTERACTIVE LAUNCHES NEW CLUB WEBSITES

FL Interactive, a subsidiary of The Football League, is to launch the next generation of official websites for its 78 participating clubs over the coming months.

The company manages and develops internet and mobile rights for 78 official UK football club websites, including 65 Football League clubs, seven Premier League clubs and six clubs from the Football Conference, with sites being viewed by more than 4.1 million unique users per month.
“This new generation of websites will keep our clubs at the forefront of football’s on-line media market, whilst also giving clubs greater flexibility to manage their websites at a local level so that supporters can enjoy a first class service from their club,” said FL Interactive chairman, Ian Ritchie.
Among the new services, each of the 78 new official club websites will offer a comprehensive range of free video, including daily football news and goal clips, plus substantial enhancements to subscription video services.
