High Street sports retailer JJB Sports has snapped up UK-based The Golf TV Group in a deal worth £3.3m.
The Golf TV Group is the UK operator of both The Golf Channel and The Golf TV Pro-Shop Channel.
The deal for the issued share capital in the company and its subsidiaries saw £500,000 change hand initially, with deferred consideration of up to £1m being over payable over the next four years. A further £1.8m will be due depending on the performance of the group.
