Brazilian broadcaster Rede Bandeirantes has agreed a sublicensing deal for rights to the 2018 Fifa World Cup national team football tournament, according to multiple reports.
The Maquina do Esporte website said Rede Bandeirantes, otherwise known as Band, has agreed the deal with rights-holder, media company Globo, with an announcement due later this week.
The OTV Foco website added that Band is expected to broadcast 32 of the 64 games at next year’s tournament in Russia.
Brazil became the first team to qualify for Russia 2018 back in March.
