The AMC Networks International Central Europe division of US entertainment company AMC Networks has acquired rights in Slovakia for the Kontinental Hockey League ice hockey competition, according to the Broadband TV News website.
The Sport1 and Sport2 pay-television channels will show coverage of the tournament.
Sport1 will show 56 games, including most of those featuring Slovakian team Slovan Bratislava, while Sport2 will broadcast 65 matches.
All games will be broadcast live and in high definition.
