Hamilton Academicals sign shirt and stadium sponsors

Scottish Premiership football club Hamilton Academicals has entered into a stadium naming rights and shirt sponsorship agreement with home improvements firm Superseal, along with a separate shirt sponsorship deal with online gambling brand NetBet.

Superseal has agreed a two-season deal, from 2016-17 to 2017-18, worth £550,000 (€661,300/$736,400) for the naming rights to the team’s New Douglas Park stadium, which will now be known as the SuperSeal stadium.

The firm will also become the team’s new main home jersey sponsor and benefit from branding placement on the front of players’ shirts. In addition, Superseal will install a new boiler system at the stadium.

Meanwhile, NetBet has agreed a deal to become the front-of-shirt sponsor for the team’s away jerseys. The length of the deal was not disclosed.

The NetBet agreement forms part of a series of deals with ZL Group, TigerTurf and Equi’s. The deals are worth a combined £200,000.
