Crow departs as Synergy CEO

Tim Crow is departing his role as chief executive of Synergy after 18 years with the sponsorship agency, it was announced today (Tuesday).

Crow – who has steered the development of the agency, including its launch in the US two years ago – will “pursue new ventures” following his departure.

“It has been an immense privilege to lead Synergy and to have been part of Engine for the last 10 years,” Crow said. “I will have nothing but great memories of the people and clients I’ve worked with and the great work that we’ve created together. I leave safe in the knowledge that Synergy and Engine will go from strength to strength.”

Debbie Klein, the chief executive of Engine Europe and Asia Pacific, Synergy’s parent company, added: “We are sad to see Tim leave the Engine family and enormously grateful for all his hard work as well as the strong leadership team he leaves behind. We wish him well in his next venture.”

Synergy’s remaining management team comprises managing director Lisa Parfitt, chief strategy officer Carsten Thode, director of strategy Tom Gladstone, creative director Josh Robinson and Dominic Curran, the chief executive of Synergy US.
