Telecommunications company Tata Communications became the first company to deliver a live 4K ultra high definition feed from a Formula One motor-racing event at the weekend.
Tata produced the coverage at the Singapore Grand Prix practice session, with the footage being delivered over the company’s Global Video Connect Network to Formula One Management’s technical headquarters in the UK.
The coverage was demonstrated to an exclusive group of broadcasters.
