Schwenninger Wild Wings, which competes in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, the top division of ice hockey in Germany, has renewed its partnership with the Fürstenberg brewery.
Fürstenberg will continue to serve as a premium partner of the Wild Wings as part of the extended deal. The length of the new agreement was not disclosed, but it will at least cover the 2017-18 season.
Fürstenberg has been a partner of the club for more than 30 years.
Wild Wings managing directors Thomas Burger and Michael Werner said: “If a sponsor continues to be with us after so many years and is going with us together in the future, this is an important signal to the region and for ice hockey in Villingen-Schwenningen.”
