Stuart Turner, a former commercial director at the English Football Association, has joined World Street Soccer Championships as a commercial consultant.
WSSC oversees a range of international street football events and organises World Street 3s, which it claims is the first-ever international event of its kind.
The inaugural World Street 3s took place in Manchester, England last year. An announcement on dates and venues for the 2017 event will be made shortly.
Turner said: “WSSC is a hugely exciting opportunity bringing exciting short-form event content to a digital audience. I’m excited to join the team.”
