Indian media group Sony Pictures Networks has acquired exclusive rights in the Indian subcontinent for the Formula E Championship electric car-racing series.
The deal will run until at least the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Sony Pictures Networks will show live coverage of all remaining races of season four, as well as Formula E’s regular magazine programme, Street Racers.
The next event on the calendar will take place in Marrakesh, Morocco, on January 13. The campaign will conclude on July 29 in Montreal, Canada.
