Slovenian athlete claims therapeutic use after positive doping test

Slovenian men’s ice hockey player Ziga Jeglic has today (Tuesday) become the third athlete to commit an anti-doping rule violation at the 2018 winter Olympic Games, but has claimed that the positive test is a result of an asthma medication he is taking under doctor’s orders.
