Adrian Coleman and Matthew Vandrau are set to become co-chief executives of UK marketing services group Chime Communications, which includes the CSM Sport & Entertainment agency, after Chris Satterthwaite announced his decision to step down after 15 years at the helm.

Vandrau of CSM and Coleman, who works for fellow Chime subsidiary VCCP, will take over in January. The pair will remain chief executives of their respective businesses.

Satterthwaite, who is 61, has served as chief executive of Chime since 2003 and oversaw the 2015 deal that saw US private equity investment firm Providence Equity and advertising and public relations giant WPP acquire a majority stake in the company for approximately £374m (€423.1m/$490.2m).
