Italian Serie A football club AS Roma has agreed a sponsorship deal with online betting company KB88.com.
The deal names KB88, which is based in the Philippines, as a regional betting partner of the club. The length of the deal was not disclosed.
As part of the agreement. Roma’s image and identity will be used as part of KB88’s promotions and services in Asia. A range of activities and promotions will also be provided for fans.
“This is a new and important partnership in a fast-growing market like Asia, where we are expecting to see a lot of new opportunities in the coming years,” Luca Danovaro, Roma’s chief marketing officer, said. “KB88.com will be an ideal partner, one that has both popularity and experience in providing activities for the Asian public.”
In June, KB88 agreed a two-year deal to become the official Asian betting partner of Dutch Eredivisie football club Ajax.
