OSN picks up MotoGP, WorldSBK rights

Middle Eastern pay-television operator OSN has acquired rights to the MotoGP and Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) motorcycle-racing series.

OSN agreed the long-term deal with Dorna Sports, the commercial rights-holder of the two series.

OSN Sports will provide live and exclusive MotoGP coverage in the Middle East and North Africa. Coverage of all 18 races will be provided, as well free practice and qualifying sessions, and action from the Moto2 and Moto3 series.

MotoGP coverage will be available with English and Arabic commentary.

OSN will also provide extensive WorldSBK coverage as part of its agreement with Dorna Sports.

The 2017 MotoGP season begins this weekend with the Qatar Grand Prix at the Losail International Circuit in Doha. This year’s WorldSBK season got underway last month.
