OCA changes stance on Oceania participation at Asian Games

The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has staged an about-turn on earlier statements concerning the participation of Oceania athletes at the summer Asian Games with the announcement that they will be allowed to compete in selected sports at the 2022 event in Guangzhou, China.
