Notre Dame signs ‘unique’ deal with JMI and Legends

The athletics division of the University of Notre Dame has agreed a wide-ranging partnership with US collegiate marketing agency JMI Sports and holistic solutions provider Legends.

Notre Dame said that the “unique” deal will support its aim of becoming a market leader in both the packaging and presentation of its game-day multimedia rights, corporate sponsorship plans and hospitality experience.

The 12-year deal sets out plans for JMI and Legends to oversee all Notre Dame athletics media rights, sales, marketing, hospitality and branding services on a local and national level.

Notre Dame will also seek to implement programmes and partnerships with elite companies and brands, with the goal of delivering “unprecedented levels of engagement, first-class hospitality experiences and recognition”.
