NASL agrees Spanish-language content deal with AS

Spanish media company AS has entered into a digital partnership with the North American Soccer League.

Under the one-year deal, which runs for the duration of the 2016 season, the company's AS USA arm will produce Spanish-language video and editorial content for the NASL.

The official NASL.com website will feature a dedicated Spanish-language section, which will allow fans to access original content such as videos, player profiles, match previews and human interest stories.

Content will made available through NASL.com, as well as the media company’s own AS.com website.

NASL commissioner Bill Peterson said: “This is a very exciting venture that will significantly improve our ability to bring NASL action and stories to our Spanish-speaking supporters around the world.”
