Spanish commercial broadcaster Mediaset has acquired rights for the 2015 Fifa Club World Cup.
Mediaset will exploit the rights on its Telecinco, Cuatro and Energy channels.
The club tournament, which will feature Spanish Liga club Barcelona, the winner of the 2014-15 European Uefa Champions League, will run from December 10-20 in Japan.
Mediaset will provide coverage of the tournament from December 16, when Barcelona enters the competition at the semi-final stage. Telecinco will show the final on December 20.
